Ethiopian capsules contain coffee grown in the southern regions on volcanic soils, at an altitude of 1300 to 2100 meters above sea level, with a wonderful climate between the rainy and dry seasons. It is the most aromatic coffee in the world with strong notes of jasmine and rose petals. In a cup, it is very sweet, medium consistency and liqueur. The taste is persistent and very pleasant. It goes well with breakfast and at the end of a dessert lunch.
