Ethiopia's unique origin contains coffee grown in the southern part of the country on volcanic soil, at an altitude of 1300 meters to 2100 meters above sea level, where there is a clear distinction between the wet and dry seasons. It is the most aromatic coffee in the world with pronounced notes of jasmine and rose petals. Very sweet in a cup, with a medium to syrupy texture. The finish is persistent and very pleasant. Ideally served with breakfast and afternoon sweets.
