General return policies
  • General conditions of return

    The Buyer / Consumer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days from the day he entered into physical possession of the ordered product / service. In order to exercise your right of return, you must submit a return request, and present the product in the original condition in which it was received, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documents, before the expiration of the 14-day period. After the expiration of the 14-day period, you will be deprived of the right of return.

    We suggest you fill in the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the delivery date, if you request the return of the product within 14 days, the Seller will refund the amounts paid by you, which correspond to the price of the product / service, but not later of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, provided that the products are returned in their original, perfect condition. For this, the Seller will make the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, without charging fees as a result of such a refund. We would like to inform you that as Buyer / Consumer, you will bear all costs directly related to the return of the products.

    If the product has been used before return (including signs of damage, missing accessories, packaging, etc.), the Seller will be entitled to a compensation determined as appropriate, depending on the completeness of the products delivered, the degree of use and / or or damage to the products, compensation that cannot exceed the value of the products, arising from the commercial price (without discounts). The Seller has the right to reduce the amount reimbursed to the Buyer, to cover the respective amount of compensation.

    It can take up to 30 days for an item to reach us after you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

    The return label will ask you to return the item at your own expense. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you will be reimbursed for the full postage and your import duty deposit after processing the return.

  • Seller return policy

    In general, the A1.md return policy is applicable to all sellers registered on the platform.

    When you order from a seller who delivers your own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of A1.md. While most sellers offer a return policy equivalent to that of A1.md, some sellers' return policies may vary. You can view the seller's return policy before purchasing an item by viewing the Return and Refund Policy section on the seller's profile page. To view the seller's return policy after you have ordered, you can select your order on the return page.

    Third-party sellers must either provide a return address in the country, provide a prepaid return label, or provide a full refund without requesting a return of the item. If a seller does not provide these methods to return your items, you can apply for a warranty to ask for help with your return.

  • Product return conditions

    9. Household chemicals, pesticides and agrochemicals.
    10. Social furniture (gaskets and sets).
    11. Cars and motor-bicycle articles, trailers and aggregates, mobile means for small mechanization of agricultural works, ships for walks and other means of naval transport of social purpose.
    12. Complex technical goods for household use for which warranty periods are set (home appliances, radio equipment, calculating and multiplying devices, photocopying equipment, telephone (fixed and mobile) and facsimile equipment, electric musical instruments, equipment and machinery gas-operated and their devices).
    13. Articles for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases in the home (articles for the protection of public health and hygiene of metal, rubber, textiles and other materials, instruments, devices and medical devices, remedies for oral hygiene, spectacle lenses, articles of care children, pharmaceutical preparations).

    The buyer may request that the purchased product be replaced with an identical product or a product of similar quality.

Warranty and repairs
  • Warranty policy

    For products purchased by you from the Seller, through the online platform / application A1, a guarantee is provided in accordance with the Warranty Certificate for each product, if its release is provided by applicable law, the Manufacturer or the Seller. The legal person providing the guarantee is mentioned on the Product Warranty Certificate.

    The Warranty Certificate confirms that the product has no factory defects. Based on this, from the Seller or the Manufacturer - you have at your disposal the free repair service for the period indicated in the certificate. Thus, if the purchased product has a defect during the warranty period, based on the Warranty Certificate, the product will be sent to the repair center, and you will be informed later when it is repaired.

    The warranty is not valid in the event of incorrect use of the products or contrary to their intended use or technical specifications.

    The warranty period of the products is set by the Seller, depending on the technical specifications and depending on the technical rules set by the Manufacturer. The seller cannot set a warranty period shorter than that set by the Manufacturer.

    The seller guarantees that the goods delivered or the services provided were not manufactured / performed on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, in conditions of exploitative and / or harmful to health, nor by using work similar to slavery and / or work performed by minors or detainees or any other type of work prohibited by national regulations as well as by international regulations.

    The seller declares and guarantees that the packaging of the goods fully complies with the legislation in force. The Seller declares and guarantees that the packaging of the goods allows the marketing of the products by the former to the Buyer, without additional restrictions and obligations, regardless of their nature.

  • Returns an ordered product

    The customer has the right to return the Goods without defining the reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the order. (Goods can be returned if not used, accompanied by factory labels and the appropriate sales appearance).
