  • If I have multiple email addresses, which address should I use?

    Use the email address that you can use to log in to the merchant profile, which you will get access to immediately after registration.

  • What is the correct format for a phone number?

    Phone numbers must start with the country code. The following format is correct: +373 12345678

  • Who is the" Legal representative " of the business?

    The legal representative of the company has certain responsibilities and is legally authorized to manage and act on behalf of your company (for example, accept terms and conditions, open a payment account, etc.). The legal representative may be the business owner or an authorized person acting on behalf of the company.

  • Why should I provide my credit card details?

    We will charge your credit card a fee for subscribing to the seller's A1 Marketplace account. You can also use this card to receive money for goods or services sold on the A1 trading platform.

  • Can I provide another credit card after opening an account?

    You can provide a new credit card at any time through " Account Information "in the" Settings " tab of your account.

  • When will the subscription fee be charged?

    The subscription fee will be charged as soon as you complete the registration process.

  • What happens after I enter my credit card details?

    When you add a new card or update information about an existing card, A1 will ask your bank to confirm that the entered data is up-to-date.

  • What credit cards are accepted?

    We accept the following credit cards: VISA and Mastercard. We do not accept alternative payment methods such as prepaid credit cards, gift certificates, checks, or e-wallets.

  • Does the credit card currency matter?

    No, credit cards are accepted in any currency, local or foreign, and the merchant's subscription fee will be charged in the card's currency. Funds transferred from the sale of goods on the A1 trading platform will be transferred and converted to the currency of the credit card.

  • What should I do if I don't want to sell on A1 Marketplace later?

    You can close or reset your Merchant account using the self-service tool in the Merchant Profile after registration.
