The maximum amount of obligations / liability of the Seller to any Buyer in the event of non-delivery or improper delivery is the value of the amounts received by the Seller from the relevant Buyer.
Prices shown do not include VAT and shipping costs and are current prices at the time of order confirmation.
The content and price of offers are subject to change by the Seller. The validity period of prices and offers corresponds to the validity period specified by the Seller on the online platform / in A1 application.
8. Delivery of products
Delivery of the goods / services ordered by the Buyer will be carried out by the method of his choice on the delivery date specified in the Order Form and to the delivery point specified by the Buyer. Only one delivery address is accepted for each order.

Any subsequent claims regarding the absence / damage of some elements of the received package by the Seller will not be accepted.
The Buyer is obliged to appear at the time and place specified in the Order Form to receive the ordered goods / services. If the Buyer cannot be found at the place and at the time specified in the Purchase Order, his package will be returned to the warehouse for delivery on another day at an additional cost.
The Seller reserves the right to postpone or cancel the delivery / delivery of ordered or requested products or services if they cannot be performed for reasons beyond the Seller\'s control, including force majeure, government actions, riots, civil unrest, natural disasters, strikes and etc. Thus, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract for the sale of the ordered goods or services.
9. Right to return
- The Buyer / Consumer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the day when he took physical possession of the ordered goods / service. For products purchased by you from the Seller through the A1 online platform / application, a warranty is provided in accordance with the Warranty Certificate for each product, if its release is required by applicable law, the Manufacturer or the Seller. The legal entity providing the warranty is indicated in the product warranty certificate.
The warranty certificate confirms that the product is free from factory defects. Based on this, from the Seller or the Manufacturer - at your disposal free repairs for the period specified in the certificate.
